Privacy Policy
Last updated October 31, 2026
This policy explains what SquireTCG LLC collects when you use the Squire TCG app and website, why, and what you can do about it. We don't sell your information and we don't show ads.
What we collect
- Account details: your shop's name, and each login's name and email. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash we can't read.
- Your shop's records: inventory, what you paid and charge, deals, shows, sticker designs, notes, and photos you take of your own items.
- Billing: your plan and subscription status. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Security and activity: sign-ins (time, device name and IP address) and an activity log of changes in your shop, which the owner can see.
- Card scans: when you scan a card or slab, the camera picture is sent to our server to identify it and then discarded. We don't keep scan pictures.
- Referrals: if you invite another shop, the email address you enter, used only to send that invite.
Squire TCG asks for your camera (to scan cards and photograph items), your photos (for your sticker logo and item pictures) and Bluetooth (to print on your Niimbot printer). Each is used only for that, on your device or to send to your shop. We don't collect your location, contacts or advertising identifiers, and we don't use third-party analytics or tracking.
How we use it
- To run Squire TCG for you: store your inventory, price it, print stickers, record deals and show reports.
- To bill you, apply referral credits and send receipts.
- To send emails you need: password resets, team invites and important changes to the service.
- To keep accounts secure, investigate misuse and fix problems.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run Squire TCG for us, under contracts that limit what they can do with it:
- Microsoft Azure, in the United States: hosting, our database, photo storage and sending email.
- Stripe: payments and subscriptions (Stripe's privacy policy).
To look up prices and card details, we ask market and card data providers about cards, never about you: those requests don't include your name, email or shop. We'll also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or to a buyer if Squire TCG is ever sold, who would have to keep this policy's promises.
How long we keep it
- Your shop's data is kept while your shop exists. When you delete your shop in the app (More → Account), nobody can sign in to it from then on, and its data, logins and photos are kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then erased for good. Copies in our backups are gone within a further 14 days.
- Sign-ups that never finish payment are deleted after 7 days.
- Stripe keeps billing records as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can see and change your details in the app, export your inventory and deals, and delete your shop at any time. You can also ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by writing to support@squiretcg.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have more rights under local law; we'll honour them, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
Security
Everything is sent over encrypted connections, passwords are hashed, staff only see what their role allows, and two-step sign-in is available. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your information we'll tell you as the law requires.
Children
Squire TCG is a business tool for adults and isn't meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
