Forgot your password
On the app's sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a link to choose a new one.
Change your plan, logins or card
Sign in to your account on this website. The shop owner can change the plan, billing period and logins, update the card, or cancel.
Add someone to your shop
On the Shop plan, go to More → Team in the app and invite them by email. They choose their own password from the invite.
Delete your shop
The owner can delete the shop in the app under More → Account → Delete shop. The subscription ends straight away and everything is erased for good after 30 days.
