Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and SquireTCG LLC ("Squire", "we", "us") for the Squire TCG app, website and services. By creating a shop or using Squire TCG you agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.
1. The service
Squire TCG helps trading card shops and vendors manage inventory, look up market prices, print price stickers, and record buys, sells and trades. We keep improving it, so features may change, and we may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate details when you sign up.
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your shop's logins, including those of staff you add and the permissions you give them.
- Tell us straight away at support@squiretcg.com if you think someone has got into your account.
3. Plans, trials and billing
- Squire TCG is a subscription, billed monthly, every 3 months or yearly, in advance, through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown when you sign up (Solo from $12 a month) and do not include any sales tax that applies.
- New shops get a free trial of 14 days, longer with a referral code. Your card isn't charged until the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing.
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; you keep Squire until the end of the period you've already paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.
- Changes to your plan or logins are prorated. If a payment fails we'll retry it for a while; if it still can't be collected, your shop is paused until the bill is paid.
- We may change prices. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and it applies from your next renewal.
- Referral credits are a free month taken off a future bill. They have no cash value, and we may withhold them for sign-ups that are fake or made to game the program.
4. Your data
Your inventory, prices, deals, photos and other shop records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Squire TCG for you. You can export your inventory and deals at any time, and delete your shop from the app. A deleted shop can be restored for 30 days by writing to us, then it's erased, as our privacy policy describes.
5. Prices and card information
Market prices, card details and pictures come from third-party sources and are estimates. They can be late, incomplete or wrong. You decide what you charge and pay, and we aren't responsible for losses from relying on a price shown in Squire TCG. Card names and images belong to their owners; Squire TCG isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Squire TCG to break the law, sell counterfeit or stolen goods, get into accounts or data that aren't yours, interfere with the service, copy or resell its price data in bulk, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows. We may suspend or close shops that do.
7. Printers and devices
Squire TCG works with Niimbot label printers and your phone's camera. We aren't the maker of these devices and can't guarantee every model works.
8. Ending
You can stop using Squire TCG and delete your shop at any time; deleting cancels your subscription straight away. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or don't pay, and we'll tell you why when we can. If we ever shut Squire TCG down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice to export your data and refund any time you've paid for but can't use.
9. Disclaimers
SQUIRE TCG IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T PROMISE THAT SQUIRE TCG WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT PRICES, CARD DETAILS OR CARD IDENTIFICATIONS IT SHOWS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR UP TO DATE.
10. Limit of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS:
- WE AREN'T LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SALES, GOODWILL OR DATA, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE.
- WE AREN'T LIABLE FOR LOSSES FROM PRICES OR CARD INFORMATION SHOWN IN SQUIRE TCG, INCLUDING CARDS SOLD, BOUGHT OR TRADED AT A PRICE IT SHOWED, STICKERS PRINTED WITH A WRONG PRICE, OR A CARD IDENTIFIED WRONGLY. CHECK ANY PRICE THAT MATTERS BEFORE YOU RELY ON IT.
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ABOUT SQUIRE TCG IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limits apply whatever the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence or otherwise), but not to liability the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for fraud or willful misconduct.
11. Indemnity
You'll defend and indemnify SquireTCG LLC against any claim, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) brought by someone else that arises from your use of Squire TCG, the cards and goods you buy, sell or trade, the data you put in it, or your breaking these terms or the law. We'll tell you promptly about any such claim and let you control its defense, and you won't settle it in a way that binds us without our agreement.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using Squire TCG after that means you accept the new terms.
13. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in its state or federal courts.
If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right isn't giving it up. These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about Squire TCG.
